German-style pork
  • pork 1 kg
  • sauerkraut 1 kg
  • potato 6 piece
  • onions 5 piece
  • carrot 1 piece
  • sour cream 200 g
  • cheese 100 g
  • Broccoli 1-2 florets
  • Sonyachnyi 72% margarine, from TM Mako 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and spices to your taste
Method of cooking

    Prepare necessary products, peel the vegetables, wash them, cut in small pieces. Meat must also be cut in cubes, approximately 2x2 in size. Grate cheese with a large grater.

    Powder the meat and the potato with little salt. Let's start forming a pot: grease the pot with margarine from inside, put pork in it and a little onion, add spices to your taste. Rosemary will perfectly do.

    Put sauerkraut as a next layer, it's better to put a little bit more, by well flattening, afterwards add onions.

  • step 4

    Then add potato and carrot, put broccoli. Optionally add some water. If you don't do this, it's OK, juice from the vegetables will be enough.

  • step 5

    Grease surface of every pot with sour cream (optionally, you may add mayonnaise), powder with grated cheese, cover with a lid and put into the oven. Turn on the oven at the temperature mode 200 degrees and leave the dish for an hour. Afterwards, powder with fresh greens and serve.
