Ingredients
  • Curd 200 g
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken egg 2 piece
  • Vershkovkyi Klasychnyi 60% table margarine, from TM Maselko 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat flour -1 glass
  • Sugar -1 glass
  • Salt - to your taste
  • Soda - 1/2 tea spoon
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Take 200 g of curd, add 2 eggs, 2 table spoons of sour cream, 3 table spoons of melted cream margarine, glass of flour, glass of sugar, half tea spoon of soda treated with vinegar, dash of salt.

    Mix everything, put into the pan. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
