  • Flour 500 g
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Vershkovyi or Sonyachnyi Margarine from TM Mako 100 g
  • Cheese 200 g
  • Parsley and fennel greens
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Grate cheese with a large grater.

  • step 2

    Wash and cut parsley and fennel greens

  • step 3

    Make dough from flour, an egg, water (200 ml) and salt, let it stay for 15 minutes.

  • step 4

    Put the dough with a spoon into boiling salted water, boil for 3-5 minutes, take it out with a skimmer.

  • step 5

    Put halusky on a frying pan with a warmed margarine, fry, scatter with cheese and greens.
