French bread roll
Ingredients
  • Desertnyi Osoblyvyi 40% table margarine, from TM Maselko 250 g
  • Chicken egg 3 piece
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1.5 glass
  • Yeast powder 1 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Wheat flour - 2.5 glass
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Dough: put yeast, salt into a warm milk, grind eggs with 3 table spoons of sugar, pour 125 grams of melted warm margarine, add flour and stir a stiff dough, let it rise for 30 minutes.

    125 g of margarine grind with sugar.

  • step 3

    Divide the dough in three parts, roll out into layers 5 mm thick, grease with a margarine and sugar mixture, roll in, cut in one-portion rolls.

  • step 4

    Fasten together every roll on one side and put the fastened side on the sheet, now you may scatter with sesame.

  • step 5

    Bake at the temperature 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
