Baked cod

Baked cod
Ingredients
  • 600 g of cod in skin
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 parts of chicken broth
  • 1 dL of chopped parsley
  • 100 g of Vershkovyi 60% table margarine from TM Mako
  • Peel of one lemon
  • 200 g of peas
  • olive oil EV 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Bake potato with onions, carrot and olive oil at 200C for 20 minutes.

  • step 2

    Whip the cream margarine with parsley and lemon and powder with salt and pepper.

  • step 3

    Cut the garlic in slices, lemon in large pieces, tomatoes in halves and add to cod, chicken broth, fried vegetables. Fry for 10 minutes more.

  • step 4

    At the final stage, add cream margarine with peas and let it melt.
