Salmon under mint and lemon sauce
Ingredients
  • 4 slices of salmon;
  • 1 table spoon of coarse grain mustard;
  • 100 ml of yoghurt;
  • 100 g of Nizhnyi 25% soft low-caloric margarine from TM Maselko;
  • 3 table spoons of chopped fresh mint;
  • juice of half lemon;
  • 2 garlic cloves.
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Cook salmon fillet - well-known aphrodisiac - over steam or under the lid in a small quantity of water that will preserve useful properties of the product.

  • step 2

    Sauce: warm up a little Nizhnyi 25% soft low-caloric margarine from TM Maselko and mix it with yoghurt and mustard, add mint, lemon juice and garlic (previously ground in a garlic press).

Ready meals

 Before serving, pour sauce onto the salmon and decorate with greens.
