  • Chicken egg 2 piece
  • Sugar 250 g
  • Wheat flour 180 g
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Jam - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1 dash
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Melt margarine on a water bath. Add eggs, sugar, soda, salt to it.

    Sieve the flour and stir stiff dough.

    Divide it into two parts. Put one part (a little bit smaller) to the fridge for 15 minutes.

    Roll out the other part of the dough and put on the oiled sheet. Spread jam on the top.

    Take the other part of the dough from the fridge and grate it on the top of the filling. Afterwards, put Videnske cookies into the oven for 30 minutes with the temperature 180 degrees.

    Then let it cool down and cut in pieces.
