Pumpkin casserole
Ingredients
  • veal fillet 500 g
  • potato 5 piece
  • Sonyachnyi 72% margarine, from TM Maselko 80 g
  • carrot 2 piece
  • pumpkin 300 g
  • bulb onion 1 piece
  • meat broth 300 ml
  • red dry wine 100 ml
  • laurel leaf, ground black pepper, salt - to your taste
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Peel all the vegetables and cut in cubes.

  • step 2

    Fry till golden colour, salt.

  • step 3

    Warm up the broth in a cooking pot, put vegetables there.

  • step 4

    Cut the meat, fry till golden brown.

  • step 5

    Salt, pepper, pour over wine and stew for 10 minutes.

  • step 6

    Put the meat into the cooking pot to add to vegetables together with the rest of wine.

  • step 7

    Cover with a led, stew for 40 minutes. Put laurel leaf 10 minutes before ready.
