Peel all the vegetables and cut in cubes.
Fry till golden colour, salt.
Warm up the broth in a cooking pot, put vegetables there.
Cut the meat, fry till golden brown.
Salt, pepper, pour over wine and stew for 10 minutes.
Put the meat into the cooking pot to add to vegetables together with the rest of wine.
Cover with a led, stew for 40 minutes. Put laurel leaf 10 minutes before ready.
