Eintopf (pots) with liver
Ingredients
  • 370 g of carrots;
  • 370 g of veal liver;
  • 50 g of Firmovyi 50% soft low-caloric margarine from TM Mako;
  • 1 big onion;
  • 750 g of potato;
  • salt, pepper, greens.
Method of cooking
  • step 1

    Slice carrots in a form of circles, and liver - in a form of cubes, and mix.

  • step 2

    Fry finely cut onion in a warmed Firmovyi 50% soft low-caloric margarine from TM Mako, add potato cut in cubes, add a mix of liver and carrot, dress with spices and pour boiled water so that is covers all products a little. Boil till it is ready in a closed cookware.

Ready meals

Optionally, dress with fried flour and scatter with greens.
